Hereby, the story of seeing something when I was an 8th grader.

It was a good and warm morning for October with clear skies above in the very downtown of Vladivostok city. My school classes would start at 8:20am, I woke up, did my morning choirs and at around 7:30ish.

I left my place and once I went about the corner of my building and made a few steps ahead I stood next to a local TV station building and looked above to look at skies without any thoughts.

Just probably did not want to go to school or something like that because school at the 8th grade still sucked and then I spotted a few bright dots (tiny), they were a few, maybe four.

At that time the sky was blue, gradually shifting from the darker color to the brighter color. These dots were kinda waltzing around with each other and then they were joined by an additional dot.

These dots looked like light balls from where I stood or liked I called them - dancing stars. After some dancing they began to descend or to enlarge because visually they became bigger and kept on dancing but then another three or four joined and some of them just got fixed like idle dots close to the dancing ones.

I remember that some of them would change speeds and trajectory, like moving slow to fast and then up and down, the change of speed was rapid like if it was a recoding and someone was messing with it.

In fact, this was happening right above the city! Right next to the PTR TV headquarters and every day there would be a few Toyota land-cruisers loading/unloading TV cameras and equipment and that morning there was a team of news reporters loading their stuff into a car.

I stood just a few meters next to them gazing at skies and then I loudly went on saying look look what is it in the sky and the guy literally holding his huge camera like if it was a baby just stood with me there looking at the sky saying he does not know what it is and then he returned back to his duties.

There were other people passing by in hurry for work, some also spent a littler time to watch it and then moved on. So, I kept on watching it for like 20 minutes or so until this wired dance party started to wrap up.

A few of them started slowly going up or reducing in size I don't know but it looked like they were claiming altitudes and some of them started distancing in two opposite directions.

However, one of them remained low and actually descended a lot more then and after started slowly flying alongside my line of view towards south east and I went along with it following (conveniently it was almost my school route) until it was obscured by the high terrain.

I don't know what it was but these things changed speeds from fast to slow so swiftly and could come to a complete halt right after speeding . I don't think it was any human aircraft. My guess it was either a rare phenomenon of ball lightnings or extraterrestrials. It could have not been manmade I am truly convinced.
