The Insect World Makes Me Think of Men in Black

I woke up with this thought today. Please humor this outlandish idea for a moment.

Chemical mimicry in the insect world allows a predator to trick its prey by giving the correct chemical signal to avoid triggering a defensive response.

For instance, a wax moth caterpillar emits a chemical that allows it to enter a beehive without triggering alarm.

Once inside it can operate freely, eating the wax and bee larvae, and the bees can't even perceive that this is happening.

They are completely helpless because this thing has the correct chemical clearances.

In ufo lore it is claimed that there is a NHI that looks exactly like humans.

Imagine if they had the technological ability to grant themselves top secret clearances of a level so high that nobody in the military or government can even investigate them.

They could enter any facility, they could take any video evidence, they could tell people in the military or government, “This is classified at the highest level, if you ever speak of this incident or mention our presence here you will be charged with Treason”.

We've all heard the stories of people with the proper clearance showing up at ufo incidents, threatening witnesses, and nobody can ever verify who they actually were.

With the correct clearances they could use our own military to further hide their presence here, and nobody could question it, or speak of it.

All they would need is the ability to access our primitive technology, rewrite information in a way we can't detect, and manipulate the complexity of bureaucracy beyond the limited comprehensive ability of a human mind, and they would have unlimited access and complete control over our ability to detect or defend ourselves from them.

And since they look exactly like us, we might never realize the degree to which they have taken control of our world.
