The Likely Date of Return of the Grey Aliens
What Lazar claimed:.
Any dates in the information regarding these beings were written in a six digit number which began with 1623. Since I had no idea what the six digit number was for the present year. I had no way of calculating when these beings arrived, or at least arrived this time. These beings said that they had been visiting earth for a long time, and presented photographic evidence, which they contended was over 10 000 years old.
There was an exchange of hardware and information, in central nevada, until 1979, at which time there was a conflict, which brought the program to an abrupt halt. The beings left but were to return at a future date. I don't know what that date is, with the remaining hardware, and information. The US government started the back engineering program.
Assuming that the date is based on our solar years, (Lazar's greys look very human after all), the dates imply that the grey's have been keeping record for over one hundred, sixty-two thousand, three hundred years.
I think this would imply that they might have been keeping records since they have existed, and had a much better way of propagating information over generations.
Given that all the dates Lazar saw, were:
a) six digits.
b) began with 1623 and that.
c) they will return on a 1623 date I believe the earlier dates could have referred to first contact aka Roswell.
In a worst case scenario the Roswell Incident would have been 162300, and since Roswell was 1947, and the ETs will return in 1623XX. The last year they could return is 162399. If we add 99 years to Roswell, we get 2046 so they will return before then.
By the way I also wanted to share this tidbit from Wikipedia.
