At the end of last year I tried to contact the Ministry of Defense and the Aerospace Identification Center, dependent of the Argentine Air Force. 

In order to try to obtain more information about a 16mm film of a UAP flying over the city of Mar del Plata, filmed by the Argentine Air Force pilot Francisco Carlos Sartorio, in 1971.

TLDR of the case.

Frames of the film, which show the incandescent sphere flying over the city.

The one-minute film was televised on Channel 11 before being reported to the Minister of Defense.

"The incandescent object, which moves intelligently, follows a pre-established course. It approached, flew over the Rambla, seemed to stop and pulsed its red and blue lights. After a few moments, it quickly disappeared".

"What was not seen. Enlargement of the original negative. Note the lenticular shape surrounded by a luminescence that gives an apparent semicircular image.

The UFO never lost that shape. It increased in brightness. It is only perceptible through a subtle enlargement".

"A presumed extraterrestrial spacecraft moves over the city lights".

The message, a detailed description of the case, was answered 2 months later by CIAE's director, Mr. Rubén Lianza.

Response from CIAE's director (no need to cover "Carlos" since he mistook my name for the pilot's name).

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately there is no record in our files about this case. .

I recommend you to contact the Ministry of Defense to clarify that you have already received a (negative) answer from the Air Force and ask them if they have anything in their own files. .

Director CIAE, It seems that the Air Force has no record of this remarkable event, experienced and filmed by one of its pilots!.

In the case of the Ministry of Defense, I did not get any answer from them, neither from the first message sent last year.

Nor from the second one sent in february, clarifying that the Air Force could not help me. I doubt there will be any kind of response from them. Time will tell.
